Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused

Endocrinologist

to join a growing outpatient healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a mission-driven environment focused on improving access to high-quality healthcare for underserved and multicultural patient populations.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, adrenal conditions, and hormonal imbalances

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based care and long-term disease management

Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies

Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, nutrition, and preventive health strategies

Build long-term relationships with patients while promoting continuity of care

Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population

Work closely with primary care providers, specialists, nurses, educators, and care coordinators

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs

Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

Active New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure

DEA license or eligibility

Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
