Welcome all clients and manage traffic flow
Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
Support team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients, sales processing)
Maintain/ organize the stock room
Replenish the sales floor as needed
Support client advisors with managing appointments
Assist with shipping orders & receiving new merchandise
Microsoft Office proficient
Flexible to work weekends, holidays & standard retail hours
Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
