Eastern PA (Field-Based with Remote Flexibility)

Contract-to-Hire

Insight Global is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support fiber network expansion projects across Eastern Pennsylvania. We're looking for an engineering-focused OSP professional who can review fiber route designs, validate routes in the field, navigate permitting and ROW challenges, and develop solutions to real-world construction obstacles.

What You'll Bring

Strong OSP/fiber engineering experience

Direct experience with municipal permitting and jurisdictions

Underground fiber construction knowledge

Ability to review designs and field-validate routes

Experience solving constructability, utility, and ROW challenges

Active PE license

Ability to support the Allentown, Philadelphia, and Lancaster corridor

Preferred

7+ years of OSP experience

Fiber carrier or telecom experience

Long-haul fiber or ring network experience

Existing relationships with Eastern PA municipalities
