Receptionist Position at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center We are hiring a receptionist to join our dynamic care team at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill! The position is available for 8a-4p on Saturday and Sunday. As our receptionist, you will be the face of the facility while greeting guests, managing incoming mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls. The rate is $16 an hour with weekly pay. Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette. Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas. Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions. Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately. Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies. Contribute to and promote resident and family relations. Other duties as assigned by manager.
