LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a

Strategic Finance Manager . This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining

FP&A, financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic partnership .

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

Own sales, margin, and OPEX forecasting

Lead financial modeling and business trend analysis

Manage KPI reporting and monthly forecasts

Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and Accounting

Support annual planning and long-term financial strategy

Prepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentations

Support strategic initiatives, including M&A

Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows

What we’re looking for

3+ years of finance experience

Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Investment banking experience is a plus

Looker and/or SQL exposure is a plus
