We're proud of the experiences we create, the relationships we build, and the reputation we've earned. Now we're looking for a proven sales professional who is excited to help us grow.
We want a hunter. Someone who thrives on the challenge of winning new business, knows how to turn a cold introduction into a lasting relationship, and has the sales results to prove it.
You're confident initiating conversations, persistent in your follow-up, and motivated by the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain what's already there. You know how to develop a strategy, build a pipeline, and turn your efforts into measurable revenue.
Our Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for bringing new corporate business to Hotel Covington and The Madison Event Center while delivering the exceptional client experience our properties are known for. You'll own the relationship from the first conversation through contracting and event detailing, combining the drive to win the business with the attention to detail needed to deliver what you've promised.

Collaborate with Hotel, Culinary, and Operations teams to communicate expectations, solve problems, and ensure a smooth transition from planning to event execution.
Maintain accurate client records, event details, sales activity, and revenue forecasts while staying accountable to your goals.
Follow through on client commitments, address concerns, and assist with billing, accounts receivable, and reporting as needed.
