Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 base + bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Owning monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for assigned properties and entities

Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts; building reporting packages

Running AP from coding through approval

Booking accruals, reclasses, and acquisition/disposition entries

Preparing CAM reconciliations and reviewing tenant AR

Capitalizing fixed assets and tracking budget vs. actual

Partnering with property managers, asset managers, and tenants

What You'll Need to be Considered

Property accounting experience, ideally commercial or multi-property

Yardi or another real estate accounting platform

CAM/operating expense reconciliation exposure

Fixed asset capitalization experience

Onsite in Pensacola; relocation required if out of area

Willingness to complete a property accounting assessment
