Job Description

Lead the design and production of command-level publications, public health campaigns, environmental graphics, and social media content.

Translate complex medical and scientific concepts into clear, engaging infographics and visual communications for diverse audiences.

Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across print and digital materials.

Create layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.

Manage design projects from initial concept through final delivery, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, revisions, and approval workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet communication objectives and organizational standards.

Rigorously apply HIPAA requirements and Protected Health Information (PHI) safeguarding principles to all visual products.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, accessibility requirements, branding guidelines, and project specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print and digital layout, and data visualization.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Ability to translate complex medical, scientific, or technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content.

Experience managing design projects from concept through final delivery, including stakeholder reviews and approval processes.

Understanding of HIPAA requirements and the appropriate handling and safeguarding of PHI.

Experience with video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a significant advantage.

Ability to successfully complete a Tier II Non-Critical Sensitive background check.

Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) before the anticipated December start date.
