We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to help lead an ongoing ERP upgrade for an established distribution and manufacturing company.
Working directly with senior leadership, this individual will coordinate the external implementation partner, manage project timelines and deliverables, resolve implementation challenges, and help employees transition to the new system.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing ERP implementations, understands how ERP systems support business operations, and can work independently to keep projects moving forward.
Key
Manage day-to-day coordination of the ERP implementation.
Hold external implementation partners accountable for progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Work with internal departments to understand business requirements and address implementation challenges.
Support ERP functionality across accounting, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce.
Coordinate and deliver employee training to ensure successful adoption.
Track project milestones, outstanding issues, and implementation costs.
Identify problems, coordinate solutions, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Experience implementing or upgrading an ERP system. Experience with any ERP platform will be considered.
Understanding of business workflows involving accounting, inventory, and manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
Experience with VAI S2K, AS/400 environments, or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
