At Redo, we're not just redefining returns; we're shaping the entire customer experience journey. Reverse logistics is the part of the business that handles what happens after a purchase comes back, and our resale operation is where that work becomes physical. Every pair of running shoes that comes back has to be looked at by someone who can tell the difference between a shoe that's finished and a shoe that has miles left in it.

We're hiring Running Shoe Techs to make that call. You'll inspect and grade inbound footwear against Redo's condition standards, restore what can be restored, and get it back into circulation. What a pair is worth, how it gets listed, and whether the next customer is happy with it all trace back to your judgment.

Most warehouse roles stop at moving product. This one starts with judgment and grows from there. It's the foundation of our resale business and a training ground for future leaders across operations, fulfillment, and marketing. For the right person, this is a foot in the door at a growing company where initiative is rewarded and skills, responsibility, and compensation grow over time.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade inbound footwear using Redo's condition standards

Restore shoes to resale ready condition through refurbishment and reconditioning
Apply condition standards consistently, so that pricing, listing, and fulfillment downstream can rely on your calls
Repackage footwear and assemble boxes
Stock footwear on shelves
Fulfill customer orders
Keep the job site clean and organized

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience grading, inspecting, appraising, or restoring product where condition determined its value
Previous employment in the running, outdoor, or athletic footwear industry
Personal background in running, training, or athletics
E-commerce experience
