JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a fronting carrier seeking a Claims Analyst to join their claims team. This role focuses on monitoring, reviewing, and assessing claims handled by third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring proper handling, compliance, and performance across Property & Casualty claims programs while working closely with senior claims leadership. This position follows a hybrid model in uptown Charlotte, NC.
Key
Monitor and review claims activity handled by third-party administrators to ensure proper handling and compliance.
Assess claim files, coverage decisions, reserves, approvals, and denials to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze claims activity, particularly across Bodily Injury, General Liability, and Commercial Auto, and provide recommendations where necessary.
5+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience, with exposure to Bodily Injury, General Liability, or Commercial Auto preferred.
Background within insurance claims, ideally working with carriers, TPAs, or similar claims environments.
