EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Claims Operations with a strong foundation in life insurance claims processing and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient handling of insurance claims, maintaining adherence to industry standards, and leveraging data analytics to support decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims management, coupled with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI. This position requires a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree and at least three years of relevant experience in the insurance domain.The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in monitoring claims processing workflows and driving improvements through detailed MIS reporting and dashboard development. This role does not involve team management but requires effective collaboration skills to work with different departments to enhance claims operations. The position demands sharp analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to present trends and performance insights clearly to stakeholders within EFU Life Assurance Ltd.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day life insurance claims processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement according to regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of claims data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization within claims operations.
Develop, maintain, and present MIS reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators related to claims processing.
Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create insightful visual analytics and reports that support data-driven decision-making in claims management.
Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to stay current with changes in insurance legislation affecting claims procedures.
Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline claims workflows and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for all insurance claims processed under the purview.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing best practices in claims operations and data reporting.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging tools that may enhance claims processing and analytics capabilities.
