Graduate and/or having advance study in related field can be preferred

Minimum 2- 3 years and 1 year in Procurement (preferred)

Strong computer skills, MS office (especially Excel & Power Point) with experience in ERP preferred

Critical thinking, Negotiation & Communication skills

Technical & Professional Skills - Good understanding of company policies, procedures, and donor requirements, able to negotiate and strong communication skills

Ability to workcross-functionallyand maintain relationships with stakeholders

Proactive, results-oriented with a can-do attitude & high integrity

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Manage assigned procurement activities of the organization in compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements ensuring best value for money.
Manage sourcing & buying of assigned materials, supplies, services etc. in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications, conduct negotiations with suppliers and monitor performance and other KPI’s.
Prepare, review & submit purchase related documentation in accordance with company policy, KfW guidelines. Maintain all records & documentation as required related to donor.
Maintain strong liaison with key stakeholders.
Ensure that payments to vendors are made as per agreed timelines.
Ensure delivery of the products, services and supplies as per required quality, standards and agreed timelines.
Ensure data integrity in ERP and other systems.
Maintain & update KFW procurement tracking portal.
Assist in managing documents related to donor procurement
Facilitate team meetings, prepare supporting documents, and prepare analysis
Any other task(s) as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
