You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. Our team provides personalized coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, and established systems to help you manage prospects, follow up with clients, and develop your sales skills. Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and transactions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes for lead generation and client management.
Ability to conduct market research and stay informed about local real estate trends.
Experience in managing time efficiently to balance multiple client needs and responsibilities.
