Logistics Manager.
Brooklyn, NY (On-site).
Manage delivery routing, dispatch, scheduling, and installation appointments.
Optimize fleet utilization, load consolidation, and cost per delivery.
Configure and manage routing software, preferably Route4Me.
Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, carrier relationships, rate negotiations, and freight claims.
Oversee inventory transfers between locations and track stock in transit.
Monitor purchase orders, vendor lead times, and direct/drop shipments.
Reconcile work orders against deliveries and installations.
Analyze logistics performance, track returns and reroutes, and prepare operational reports.
Experience in logistics, delivery routing, freight management, or field service scheduling.
Experience with furniture, fixtures, or large-format product deliveries and installations.
New York City delivery experience, including building access, freight elevators, and permits.
Familiarity with Route4Me or similar routing platforms.
Route4Me, Khameleon ERP, Asana, and Granola.
