Software Developer and Support Specialist (WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION).
aizoOn USA, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides warehouse automation software to distribution and fulfillment operations worldwide. We are looking for an experienced developer who enjoys both building software and solving customer problems, to help evolve our products and keep our customers' operations running.
The Role
You will split your time between software development and technical support for customers using our warehouse automation solutions, including Diamond Warehouse and PowerPick. You will write and maintain code, troubleshoot issues, support installations and upgrades, and work closely with our engineering and field service teams. Our technology stack includes C++, C#, Java, PHP, and SQL.
Design, develop, test, and maintain features and fixes for our warehouse automation software
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions
Diagnose and resolve software, database, and system integration issues, including root cause analysis in the code
Support go-lives, upgrades, and migrations, including some customer site visits
Participate in code reviews and contribute to sound development practices
Document issues, fixes, and procedures in a clear, reusable way
Build strong working relationships with customer operations and IT teams
Must have requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have
Experience supporting enterprise software, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with WMS/WES platforms, conveyor or carousel systems, or material handling controls
Experience with source control and modern development workflows such as Git
