As a Desktop Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the desktop environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting our client's growing technology footprint. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Active Directory
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and asset inventory management
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, email systems, and mobile device support
Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
Associate degree, certificate, or boot camp in Computer Science or related field
Proven track record in a fast-paced support environment supporting desktop and peripheral devices
Must work onsite at our client's corporate location, five days a week
Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
