What You’ll Be Doing
Manage daily full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Enter and maintain high volumes of financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
Review transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Organize supporting documentation and ensure financial data is complete and accurate.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks.
Comfort working with high volumes of data entry while maintaining accuracy.
