Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Representative role based in Rawalpindi. The Real Estate Sales Representative will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property listings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring all documentation complies with relevant regulations. The role involves providing timely customer service, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Real Estate Sales Representative will collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets and support marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with a clear understanding of local market conditions in Rawalpindi.
Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License or equivalent authorization to practice, along with familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain client relationships.
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and office productivity tools.
Relevant experience in real estate sales or a closely related field is preferred; a background in business, marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
