Responsibilities:32 to 40 Hours Per Week Schedule Includes Saturdays Reports Directly to the CEO Serve as a Member of the Executive Leadership Team Provide Clinical Leadership Across Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Optometry Oversee Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Clinical Leadership Lead Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Initiatives Oversee Credentialing, Privileging, and Peer Review Support Provider Engagement, Productivity, and Clinical Operations Ensure Compliance With HRSA, FTCA, and Other Regulatory
Assist With Clinical Strategy, Growth, and Long-Term Planning
