MY client is seeking a results-driven professional with a least five years of leadership experience and a strong process-improvement mindset. Far from a traditional role, this position offers a dynamic vareity in your daily responsibilities, combining hands-on oversight of day-to-day accounting operations with supportive, collaborative leadership for a small accounting team.
To support work-life balance, this position includes a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below functions.
Responsibilities
Month-end close procedures
Provide process improvement recommendations
Manage a small team of accounting professionals
GAAP
Support the CFO with a variety of functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years' working in Accounting, 5+ in a management position
Excellent written and verbal communication
