Position Summary
Hounen Solar America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll / HRIS Leader to support payroll processing, HRIS administration, and employee data management across our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP, a good understanding of payroll and HRIS functions, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
Key
Process biweekly payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Review employee timecards, attendance, overtime, and payroll adjustments.
Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and other HRIS systems, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes.
Generate and maintain HR reports, including headcount, attendance, overtime, and payroll reports.
Assist with HRIS system administration, data updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate payroll and employee information.
Support compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and company policies.
Assist with other HR administrative duties and special projects as needed.
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping, and basic wage and hour regulations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with hourly employees and multiple shifts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
