Compensation: $170,000–$220,000 base + 10%–20% target annual incentive

Our client is growing, and we’re hiring a
Head of Planning
to lead the charge.
We’re a multi-office, SEC-registered RIA with a mission to make comprehensive wealth management simple. If you love solving complex planning puzzles and coaching others to grow, we want to talk.

Lead
the paraplanning team as a hands-on player/coach
Own
select HNW and UHNW planning cases, from retirement income to Roth conversions to estate coordination
Build
consistent, scalable planning standards across partner offices
Shape
how technology and responsible AI power the planning process
10+ years
of financial planning experience, including high net worth clients
CFP®
designation in good standing
Advanced
eMoney
(or equivalent) proficiency
$170,000–$220,000
base salary

Approximately
one trip per month
to partner offices
