This is a
working , lead by example gig, the systems and recipes are all in place. While we do not need creativity.
We need an autonomous, emotionally mature leader
who does not need hand holding, but who wants to mentor and grow with the company. We have 5 units and will continue expanding in California, Las Vegas and other Southwest cities.
Base Salary up to $100,000 plus an achievable bonus and benefits.
Salary increases significantly when you take over as General Manager with oversight of the Kitchen too!
Responsibilities include managing finances for kitchen operations, producing quality food, and training junior personnel.
