Job DescriptionJob Description
As a Construction Estimator, you will support a mixed commercial portfolio of tile projects by developing accurate bids, analyzing project costs, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to support successful project delivery.
An Insurance Allowance is available to the well-qualified candidate.
Responsibilities
Prepare bids for commercial tile projects.
Estimate material and labor costs.
Review blueprints and project documents.
Coordinate with subcontractors.
Develop and submit project proposals.
Track bids and analyze change orders.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction estimating.
Qualifications
Experience with construction cost estimation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
