Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cold Calling Agent role based in Sialkot. The Cold Calling Agent will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to introduce Rajco Industries’ sportswear products, qualify leads, and present key product features and benefits. The role includes maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, following up on leads, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The Cold Calling Agent will handle basic customer inquiries, share price and product information as directed, and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaign goals. The position requires consistent daily call activity, adherence to call scripts and guidelines, and meeting individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to engage prospects professionally and respectfully.
Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead qualification and handling objections.
Organizational and time management skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and daily targets.
Proficiency with telephone systems, CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
Ability to work on-site in Sialkot and collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams.
Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales support is preferred but not required.
Minimum high school education; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
Comfort working in a target-driven environment and willingness to learn about sportswear products and market trends.
