Job Description

An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of TA/recruiting experience, strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional demeanor. This is a contract role with the potential to go permanent.

Hybrid schedule: on-site in the office 3 days per week

Pay rate: $30 - 40/hr.

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment efforts across various roles.

Qualify and interview candidates (high-volume).

Source resumes and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Maintain a high volume of outreach daily.

Engage with potential candidates, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive candidate experience.

Ensure sourcing and recruitment efforts align with strategies and deadlines.

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them as needed.

Send offers to potential hires and assist with onboarding.

Requirements

1-2 years of high-volume recruiting/TA experience.

Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Strong communication skills and professionals.

Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude.

Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
