Job Description

We are hiring for an HR Generalist to support a 140-employee manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach and provides employee relations support to a second 130-employee facility (quarterly travel). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, partnering with managers, and taking on whatever the day requires.

What You'll Do

Serve as the go-to HR partner for the local management team

Handle employee relations matters, with a strong focus on attendance and policy issues

Lead weekly new hire orientation and onboarding

Provide day-to-day employee support and answer HR questions

Manage HR administrative work and keep records accurate in the HRIS

Support ER needs at a second manufacturing location, including quarterly onsite visits

What You Bring

HR Generalist or Specialist experience with solid employee relations exposure

Experience in a manufacturing, hourly, or blue-collar environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

A \"no job is too small\" mindset and comfort with a high volume of admin work

Paycom experience is a plus
