A leading Law firm is seeking a
Mid-Level / Senior Associate with 4-7 years of experience
to join its Private Equity practice. This role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions, meaningful deal responsibility, and opportunities to strengthen client relationships and commercial judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged recapitalizations.
Work on growth equity, venture capital investments, portfolio company exits, and equity compensation matters.
Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with clients, counsel, and deal teams.
Support deal execution from due diligence through negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
4-7 years of corporate, M&A, or private equity experience.
Ability to manage deal components independently and work effectively in teams.
Relevant bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission.
Deal sheet demonstrating relevant transactional experience.
Compensation:
$250,000-$420,000 annual base salary, depending on class year, subject to flex-time adjustments.
