Commercial Banking Manager
Community Bank - Louisville Market
Our client, who is located in the Greater Louisville Market. They are looking for a Director of Commercial Banking, and this position is a very strategic hire for the bank.
This person will be responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, profitability, and overall performance of the Commercial Banking Division.
In addition, the successful candidate will also provide direct leadership over Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits, and Private Client Banking while maintaining and growing a personal portfolio of key client relationships. This role is a player/coach role.
