Manufacturing Scheduler (ERP)

$90,000 - $110,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Long-Term Stability + Monday-Friday + Medical, Dental, Vision + PTO + 401(k)

Indianapolis, IN (Commutable from: Plainfield, Avon, Greenwood, Carmel, Fishers, Brownsburg, Zionsville)

Do you have scheduling experience within a manufacturing background? Are you looking for a stable, long-term role where you’ll be properly supported and trained while playing a key part in keeping a business operation on track?

This is a full-time, onsite position with a well-established manufacturer, where you’ll receive structured onboarding and support on their software, alongside day-to-day mentorship from the leadership team.

The company has a strong reputation for delivering complex work to high standards and is expanding their facility and doubling in size, creating a great opportunity to join a growing team in a modern shop environment.

This role would suit someone with manufacturing scheduling experience and knowledge of ERP who wants a secure position, strong support, and the chance to become the go-to person for production planning in a high-performing machine shop.

The Role

Own and maintain the ERP production schedule day-to-day

Track shop floor part status and update schedules for changes and delays

Match job router to available machines based on capacity, tooling, and hours

1st shift, flexible start time between 6-8am (40hr week)

The Person

Manufacturing scheduling experience (machine shop environment ideal)

ERP/MRP scheduling experience

Good communication and attention to detail
