HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you get to do...

Oversee scheduling and internal/external coordination for high volume candidate interviews

Support event/training planning and logistics

Coordinate new employee onboarding

Update HRIS and ATS with candidate/employee information and status

Ad hoc reporting and projects as required

What you need to get the job done...

Prior experience in professional HR/TA support (internships and recruiting positions in school organizations/philanthropies will be considered)

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook calendar functionality

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to teamwork and a continuous improvement mindset
