I’m looking for an amazing, organized, proactive person to join my team at
Amy Robeson / Sacred Awakening!
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves helping people, and thrives in a creative, heart-centered environment.
The role combines personal assistance, customer service, social media support, and helping behind the scenes with our live crystal shows!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Customer Service & Inbox Management
Monitor and respond to customer service emails and inquiries.
Manage Facebook and Instagram messages and comments.
Respond to communication through SMS, WhatsApp and LiveChat
Provide voice/phone customer service for our students
Identify important messages that need my personal attention and make sure I’m aware of them.
Follow up on customer questions, requests, and outstanding conversations.
Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks!
Social Media & Community Support
Help manage our social media accounts and Facebook communities.
Respond to comments, questions, and messages.
Assist with scheduling posts and keeping our communities engaged.
Support additional social media projects as needed.
Crystal Shows & Live Sales
Help prepare and organize crystals for our live shows.
Assist with product displays, inventory, and pricing.
Provide behind-the-scenes assistance during live crystal shows.
Help track customer purchases and coordinate orders.
Assist with packaging, shipping preparation, and customer follow-ups.
Personal & Administrative Assistance
Help organize my schedule, priorities, and daily tasks.
Assist with projects, scheduling, and administrative needs.
Help with local errands and occasional events.
Be a proactive extra set of hands to keep things running smoothly!
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, email, and online technology.
Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Comfortable working within a spiritual, healing, and personal-development business.
Experience in customer service, social media, administration, or personal assistance is preferred.
POSITION DETAILS
Local candidates only — Franklin, Brentwood, or surrounding Nashville areas.
Must be available to work in person at our office.
Schedule and compensation discussed during the interview process.
