Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify potential risks, cost efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
7+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining public accounting experience with subsequent corporate FP&A or financial analysis responsibilities.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Ability to connect financial performance with operational drivers and communicate findings to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning, reporting, and data analysis systems.
Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who began their career in public accounting and has since developed experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance. They understand the importance of accurate financial reporting but are equally motivated by forecasting, understanding business performance, and helping leadership make better decisions.
Candidates with experience in consumer products, retail, or other multi-unit businesses may be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
The Opportunity
