Role Description

The Amazon FBA Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abbottabad Tehsil. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, and keywords, and ensuring accurate and compelling content across Amazon marketplaces. The specialist will oversee inventory and shipment coordination within Amazon FBA, monitor sales performance, and adjust pricing and promotions to improve conversion and profitability. Daily responsibilities include analyzing reports and metrics, resolving listing or account issues, coordinating with internal teams on product launches, and maintaining compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines. The role also requires staying up to date with Amazon marketplace trends and best practices to drive growth for assigned brands.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management, shipment creation, and basic understanding of fulfillment workflows.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, listing creation and optimization, keyword research, and catalog management.

Ability to interpret performance metrics and reports, with skills in data analysis, trend identification, and making data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, online merchandising, and marketplace compliance, preferably within Amazon ecosystems.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in product information and documentation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, tasks, and deadlines on-site.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce or Amazon FBA.

Prior experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce roles is highly beneficial; familiarity with global brands and cross-border operations is a plus.
