ABOUT EDUDEX

Edudex is a CRM and operating system built specifically for study-abroad agencies. It helps consultancies manage leads, counsellors, university applications, offers, deadlines, visas and enrolments.

We are looking for someone with education-consultancy and B2B sales experience to take ownership of our complete sales process in Pakistan.

THE ROLE

You will:

Identify and approach education consultancies
Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers
Understand customer needs and present Edudex as a solution
Manage meetings, proposals, negotiations and follow-ups
Close monthly and annual subscriptions
Coordinate customer onboarding
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Develop a repeatable sales process
Help build and train the future sales team

This is not only a lead-generation or demo-booking role. You will manage the complete sales cycle.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

You should have:

Experience working in an education or study-abroad consultancy
Practical knowledge of counselling and university applications
B2B sales or business-development experience
Confidence speaking with consultancy owners
Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
Experience working against measurable revenue targets
The ability to independently plan and manage a sales pipeline

COMPENSATION

Fixed starting salary: PKR 100,000/month

You will also receive uncapped commission:

Monthly subscriptions: A one-time bonus equal to one full monthly payment after the customer completes two consecutive payments.
Annual subscriptions: A one-time bonus equal to two months of the plan’s normal monthly price after the annual payment clears.

Commission is additional to salary and is paid on actual collected revenue. Free plans, unpaid invoices, cancellations and refunds do not qualify.

REVENUE TARGETS

Month 1: PKR 100,000 in collected subscription revenue
Month 2: PKR 250,000 in collected subscription revenue
Month 3 onward: PKR 500,000 per month

Performance is reviewed over a three-month period, so one delayed contract will not determine overall performance.

CAREER PROGRESSION

Starting position: Founding Sales Executive

Salary: PKR 100,000/month

First promotion: Sales Lead (guaranteed upon hitting the targets)

Salary: PKR 120,000/month

TARGETS FOR FIRST PROMOTION:

Generating PKR 1.5 million revenue over three consecutive months (i.e. to maintain PKR 500,000 per month for 3 months)
Bringing at least five active paying agencies
Maintaining healthy customer retention
Keeping an accurate and reliable sales pipeline
Having no unresolved refunds or payment reversals

Next progression: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

After becoming Sales Lead, the next revenue, retention and team-building targets will be agreed upon in writing. Meeting those targets will result in a further salary increase and designation progression. Commission remains additional to salary at every level.
