Travel Pay:
$2984/Weekly (Blended)
Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor telemetry readings and report abnormal rhythms or changes in patient conditions.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection-control and safety protocols.
Active RN license of California
