Staff Accountant

Temp-to-Permanent

Compensation:

$25–$36/hour | $65,000–$75,000 upon conversion

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable activities

Complete monthly account reconciliations

Prepare monthly schedules and sales reports

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP

Support journal entries, account analysis, and other general accounting activities

Assist with financial reporting and accounting-related projects

Work closely with senior accounting leadership to resolve discrepancies

Communicate professionally with internal employees, customers, and vendors

Identify accounting issues or opportunities for process improvement

Support additional projects and functions across the accounting and finance department as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

2+ years of Staff Accountant or related accounting experience preferred

Sharp recent Accounting or Finance graduates will also be considered

Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
