Kissimmee, FL What You'll Do
Create a welcoming, personalized, and elevated customer experience Educate customers on products and provide thoughtful recommendations Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate the team to achieve sales goals Coach associates on customer engagement, product knowledge, and selling techniques Monitor sales performance and help drive key KPIs Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and daily store operations Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting sales environment
What We're Looking For
Must successfully pass a background check
2+ years of retail sales experience required 2+ years of experience consistently meeting sales goals and KPIs required 2+ years of experience as a Sales Lead, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or similar retail leadership role required Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury, wellness, or specialty retail experience
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills A positive, confident, and outgoing personality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Must be 18 years of age or older Must work nights, weekends, and holidays Perks & Benefits
