Hiring: Tax Manager
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Hollywood, Florida
A leading public accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced
Tax Manager
to lead complex tax compliance and planning engagements for high-net-worth individuals, professional services clients, trusts, partnerships, and related entities.
Manage, review, and oversee complex tax engagements, including individual, partnership, S-corporation, trust, and gift tax returns.
Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and professional services clients.
Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions involving compensation structures, K-1 allocations, multi-state taxation, and entity structuring.
Lead multiple client engagements while managing budgets, workflows, deliverables, and deadlines.
Review tax returns and workpapers to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Mentor, coach, and develop staff and senior-level tax professionals.
Collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other external professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Research complex tax matters, identify planning opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to long-term client retention and business growth.
Required
Active
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
license required.
Strong technical knowledge of high-net-worth individual taxation, partnerships, trusts, and pass-through entities.
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading complex tax engagements.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
Preferred
Background in professional services client engagements.
Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive engagement efficiency.
