Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an Associate with Forklift and Inventory experience to join our growing e-commerce 3PL team. In this role you’ll assist with inventory management and may operate a forklift to support warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely fulfillment and exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Load, unload, move, and store materials and products.

Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, and tracking

Ensure accurate documentation of inventory in warehouse systems

Organize and maintain inventory storage areas

Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Inventory management and forklift experience REQUIRED

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Basic computer and RF scanning system proficiency

Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or peak season schedules as required

Important Details

Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

7:00am – 5:30pm

Onsite in our Allentown, PA facility

$17.00 an hour
