Zdigitizing LLC provides professional embroidery digitizing and vector art services to customers worldwide. We are looking for an experienced CSR Caller with excellent English communication skills to handle customer calls and communicate professionally with US-based clients.
Salary: PKR 50,000–75,000 per month
Performance-based incentives
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service-related inquiries.
Communicate with US-based clients regarding services, pricing, orders, and customer concerns.
Resolve customer queries and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow company communication guidelines and customer service standards.
1–2 years of relevant experience in call support is required.
Strong experience in inbound call handling.
Outbound calling experience will be an additional advantage.
Experience dealing with US-based or international clients will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Clear, professional, and easily understandable English accent suitable for communicating with US-based clients.
Strong listening, comprehension, and conversation-management skills.
Confidence in handling customer inquiries and difficult conversations.
Excellent customer handling, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and manage calls professionally.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Stable, high-speed internet connection.
A quiet and professional workspace suitable for handling calls.
