A leading professional services organization is hiring a Senior Manager of Pricing Finance to lead strategy and execution across high-impact matters. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to design competitive, profitable pricing structures and improve pricing processes across the firm.
What you’ll do
Lead a pricing finance team (managers and analysts) and oversee day-to-day workflow, quality, and development
Build and review pricing proposals including hourly rates and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
Develop financial models, benchmarking, and performance reporting to support matter profitability and client value
Advise senior stakeholders on pricing strategy, negotiation considerations, and internal approval practices
Support annual rate-setting activities, including timelines, benchmarking inputs, and stakeholder coordination
Contribute to RFP/pricing language and collaborate with Business Development on proposal best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation; stay current on legal pricing trends/tools
What we’re looking for
8+ years in financial analysis or pricing is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights
Experience in professional services strongly preferred, Big 4 Public Accounting or Consulting firm a plus
