We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with Revit experience to develop and maintain 3D models for construction and engineering projects. This role will support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution across cross-functional teams.
Key
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit
Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models
Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools
Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
Update models based on design changes and field conditions
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
Support project coordination meetings and issue resolution
Proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling)
Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred)
Additional Information
Mandarin is a plus for coordination with international teams
