Strong communication with clients is something you learn here, not something you need to arrive with. From your first week in this on-site Centennial role, structured training walks you through how to introduce services clearly, listen to what clients actually need and respond in a way that moves the conversation forward.
You will learn how to schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients. You will practice handling follow-up calls and keeping detailed, accurate records. Over time, you will coordinate more closely with licensed agents who manage benefits enrollment, becoming a reliable part of the team workflow.
No degree or insurance background is needed. If you have spent time in retail, restaurants, customer service or any role where you talked to people regularly, those experiences translate directly into the skills this position develops.
