Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior IT Vendor Manager / Technology Vendor Management Lead

to drive strategic vendor management initiatives within a large enterprise technology environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

IT Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Technology Outsourcing, and Vendor Governance.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Manage vendor contracts, RFPs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and contract lifecycle activities.

Develop vendor strategies aligned with technology operations and business objectives.

Oversee vendor performance, service delivery, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Manage vendor budgets, resource planning, financial forecasting, and cost optimization.

Partner with senior leadership, procurement, finance, technology, and business stakeholders.

Lead vendor selection, bid management, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations.

Identify operational risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Drive cross-functional initiatives and provide executive-level reporting.

Required

Qualifications

Strong experience in enterprise IT Vendor Management, Technology Sourcing, or Supplier Management.

Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor governance, and contract lifecycle management.

Experience managing large-scale technology vendors, outsourcing engagements, or managed services.

Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, SOWs, MSAs, SLAs, and vendor negotiations.

Experience with vendor financial management, resource forecasting, and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
