Take ownership of the accounting operations that power a growing pharmaceutical organization! My client is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to strengthen financial reporting, streamline processes, and support expanding manufacturing and distribution operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Oversee AP, AR, collections, and vendor payments

Execute accounting transactions in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Reconcile inventory, valuation, and COGS

Prepare financial statements, cash forecasts, and KPI reports

Strengthen controls and support audits

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise

Solid U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting knowledge

Inventory accounting and manufacturing/distribution experience

Advanced Excel, cash management, and working capital analysis skills
