Our client Deluxe Furnishing is looking for a Office Furniture Installation Project Manager in Lahore

We are seeking an experienced Office Furniture Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the complete installation process of large scale office furniture projects. The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of hands-on experience in installation project management, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently from initial site surveys to final quality control. This role involves leading a team of installer, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards in assembly and installation. The manager is responsible for interpreting blueprints and instruction manuals accurately to deliver customized modular system layouts that meet client specifications and deadlines. This position demands strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, as the manager directs inventory management, logistics, and on-site installation workflows. Close collaboration with delivery teams and maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle ensure the smooth execution of installations. The manager will implement quality control processes to address and resolve any installation issues promptly, overseeing punch list completion and guaranteeing customer satisfaction for every project completed under Deluxe Furnishing's name.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of installation professionals to execute office furniture assembly and installation projects efficiently and safely.
Plan and coordinate site surveys and installation schedules
Interpret blueprints, instruction manuals, and modular system layouts accurately to guide the installation process.
Manage inventory and materials, making sure all necessary components are available on site to prevent delays.
Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules, working closely with warehouses and transport teams to ensure timely arrival of furniture parts.
Experience in imported office furniture fixing
Oversee quality control measures during and after installation to identify and resolve any issues on the punch list promptly.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve installation challenges.
Implement continuous process improvements for installation workflows to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate policies throughout all phases of the installation projects.
Prepare and submit detailed project reports, documenting progress, challenges, and completion status for management review.
