Director of Clinical Risk Management

Las Vegas, Nevada

Lead risk management activities and identify potential risks affecting patient safety and hospital operations.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, The Joint Commission standards, and applicable CMS/DHS regulations.

Collaborate with clinical teams, medical staff, and hospital leadership to address risk-related concerns.

Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Acute-care hospital experience and previous Director of Risk Management experience.

CPHRM certification.

Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
