Turn strategic priorities into clear initiatives with owners, milestones, and deadlines
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Accounting, HR, IT, and Legal
Build and maintain a company-wide initiatives dashboard, and drive accountability and follow-through
Coach and develop department leaders, and strengthen communication across teams
Provide leadership and continuity for the team when the CEO is away
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including oversight of multiple corporate functions
